Shipping Policy

Pawz World’s fulfillment process is divided into two - the production and the shipping process. Since we are handling personalized and customized items, our shipping process is quite different from other companies that usually ship their products immediately after an order is placed. Ours have to be beautifully drawn by our talented artists and handled with the utmost care and attention to make sure that you’ll get what you’ve paid for. What’s worth waiting is worth having, right?


This is the part of our fulfillment process where we take the time to make sure the photo is of great quality, have it drawn digitally by artists with amazing talent, high tech tools, and prepare your pet portrait for printing. In this phase, we also send you “Proof” for any other revisions that you might want to be done before we finally print it on to a physical product. This production process usually takes 1-2 weeks.

For customized products, the production process is shorter than that of personalized products as we do not need to send “proof” to you anymore. The production process usually just takes 3-5 working days.


The shipping process usually takes 3-7 working days and all orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at the moment. But we will definitely update you once we do.

Depending on the product we use either USPS, DHL, UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or Ascendia. 


The overall turnaround time for your order to arrive at your doorsteps is 2-3 weeks from the date you placed your order. Some orders may take faster than usual depending on some unforeseen circumstances but rest assured that the quality of our product is always our top priority. And it’s definitely worth all the wait!
